Welcome to windrivers Bobbi

So methinks that something has gone amiss with your camera install .. & that's why it keeps 'crapping out' into safe mode ..

You'll have a driver file present that it can't load up for whatever reason so it starts in safe mode - try running the uninstall for it from safe mode ..

The quickest way to resolve this (at least from the perspective of getting you back to a point where you can get into Windows without resorting to Safe Mode) is to roll back the registry to a date before you installed the camera software that caused the problem.

Using the F8 key when you first start the computer, select "Command Prompt Only" and allow the system to boot up to a DOS prompt.

Once you are at a DOS prompt, load SMARTDRV using the syntax:

LH smartdrv /x a- b- c 8192 0

and hit <Enter>

Then, run the command

SCANREG /RESTORE

and hit <Enter>

This will launch the DOS-based restore utility that should show you at least 5 backup copies of your system files. Select the one from a day or two before the problem occured, highlight the appropriate .CAB file, and hit <Enter> to restore this set of registry files.

Restart the computer when prompted, and you should now be able to get into Windows.

Hope this helps :)
