I can't erase the address bar. I cleared history under tools, internet options and it erased everything but a couple of addresses. I also went under the content tab and cleared forms but that didn't work either. I've run spybot and cwshredder, but that didn't fix it. Can anybody help?

Welcome to Windrivers Pearljam
start, run, regedit. Edit, find TypedURLs
You can then delete them from the registry.

Thanks NooNoo.
I went into TypedURLs and there's only one listed....
under name is a small icon ab (Default)
type - REG-SZ
data - (value not set)
I'm not sure what all this means.....there's nothing else under typedUrls.

What do you still have remaining that you want to get rid of?

There is more than one registry entry for TypedUrls.

Yep. After you finish with the first one, hit the F3 key, and go to the next.
Repeat until finished with the registry.
