Hi

We have searched high and low for a driver for this modem and even on the US robotics/3com website. It all happened when we tried to reinstall windows and found the system restore disk didn't work. We also haven't found anyone with a compatible disk for a Bonsai built computer.

Any help would be nice.... as i've seen this on other posts.. i`m including a profile from www.belarc.com system id tool. Hope you can help

Welcome to Windrivers f1fever!

here are the oem usr drivers (http://www.usr.com/support/product-template.asp?prod=oem#1732)

You need to look at said modem and find the model number. Should be 6 digits of which 4 are pertinent (see link). If you have no match, post any numbers you find on stickers, labels or on the card itself, and we will track it down.

You should also know that sometimes you have to play the pci slot shuffle with these modems to get them to take.
