[RESOLVED] USB modems good or bad

I'm about to purchase a modem and would like to know whether it is worth spending the extra cash on a USB modem.

Opinions please???

im not aware of any real advantages, except that you free up a COM port and dont have to worry about interrupts or conflicts. the main advantage of USB as I see it is daisy chaining, and who would want more than one modem? i would go for a generic v90 internal model, which you can pick up dirt cheap.
