[RESOLVED] zoom v.34i Plus 2805 fails to acknowledge call waiting

Please help! Need a special string that will force this stuborn modem to disconnect when there is an incoming call. *70 and equilivents are NOT enabled. Modem is a 33.6k upgradable 50 56k, on win95b. Have tried literally dozens of strings. Zoom has NO REPLY. Isp says contact modem manufacturer.
