NooNoo April 18th, 2004, 01:02 PM Not used exchange myself but here is what ms says (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;258243) callingman April 19th, 2004, 05:58 AM Thanks NooNoo, PS How do you activate the quick reply, couldn't see the buttons that were refered to NooNoo April 21st, 2004, 07:38 AM http://forums.windrivers.com/images/quickreply.gif this button between the edit and reply buttons. Eaglec April 21st, 2004, 08:35 AM The important thing to note is that you dont back up or virus scan exchange with 'file based' programs. You need to use software that understands exchange. The built in windows backup (veritas) does but you need to set it up right. The rest of the info is in the link NooNoo posted. I'd also recomend a few trial runs as it can be a real pain to recover. It shouldn't be but dont be left with a tape full of data, a dead server and no practical experience of what to do next ;) silencio April 21st, 2004, 11:07 AM The important thing to note is that you dont back up or virus scan exchange with 'file based' programs.
