I've got this really old PC which I just reformatted recently & am having trouble in getting Windows 98 to pick up the modem.
When I go to Device Manager, I have a yellow question mark 'Other Devices' and beneath that, 3 more yellow question marks 'PCI Communicator Device', 'Unsupported Device', 'Unsupported Device'.
I don't have any disks/drivers for the modem. I opened up the PC and had a look on the modem & I found the following information on one of the chips:
RS56/SP-PCI
R6793-11
ROCKWELL 98
9917 B79148.8
MEXICO
Also printed on the Modem itself in one corner is "Zoltrix" & "Made in China".
I've searched around for a driver on the interent, but no luck so far :(
Was hoping someone here would be able to help me out!!!!!!!
