Running Server 2003 Small Business. We recently removed a client computer to move to our graphic room. We would like to be able to start up without the "Ctrl+Alt Delete" routine. The computer is currently stuck at that screen. We put it back on the network hoping to be able to remove it there, but we can no longer log on to the Server. Help!!!

Logon in SAFE mode as local admin.

Perhaps I have not been clear about the problem. The computer has been removed and replaced on the the network two weeks ago. We now want to use the computer in our graphics dept and cannot boot the computer as we have the Alt+Ctrl Delete login. We probably should have done something while it was still on the network to remove this, but we were ignorant and didn't.

I'd suggest you either put it back on the network. If thats not possible then things can get much trickier.

Need more info. Such as the network type and access rights of the last user to successfully log into the console.

Ok, put it back on the network...pain in the ???... and then removed it. Had a little problem in that it would not accept the user name and password as we already had 5 clients. So, had to remove a client and add this one. Then reverse it. Thanks for all the help. By the way, love 2003 and the improved interface. Still way to complicated for a 62 year old to learn before the great beyond. Thanks again.
