windows 98 is not detecting my rockwell 97 modem can sombody please help me solve this problem

on the largest chip it say's


rcvdl56acf/spr6761-21 @rockwell 979803 b52607-2 mexico ps i am runing an intel pentium 75mhz with 32 megs ram with windows 98 installed
