why does the OS popup the message when my print dirver is installed in Hebrew OS

When my save-as-pdf Print driver is installed in Hebrew Win98Se,OS will pop up the message just as what the picture said, I am puzzled what's the matter with. I can't read Hebrew,could you please help me translate what the picture said into english.thank very much!

I am just testing the pdf dirver developmented by us in all kinds of lanauges os on win98se ,the pdf driver can normally work on os which I had tested ,but just when I install my pdf driver on Hebrew and Arabic lanauges os ,these two OS will pop up the message box I can't read for I can't know Hebrew and Arabic,I saved the message as jpg ,if I mail you attached the message picture ,could you please help me translated what the message said and help me fix the bug ? I have been trying to fix it these days but nothing gain.

I can't read hebrew or arabic, some members can. You cannot attach files, you can link from your own webspace though.
