[SIZE=3] Hi everyone,
I have a Samsung CD-R/RW SW-208F and use Adaptec/EasyCd. The problem is that for some reason my burner will no longer accept CD-R, yet it will allow me to use CD-RW. I need help!

download and install this (http://www.adaptec.com/worldwide/support/driverdetail.jsp?language=English+US&cat=%2fOperating+System%2fMicrosoft+Windows+XP&filekey=aspi_471a2.exe&sess=no) then after reboot go to the adaptec directory and double click aspichk.exe - to ensure it installed correctly.

If not, do you have another brand of cdr to try?
