Stb Drivers

I have a stb older vidio capture card 6000402 or VIDDCIC1.8aaus
I am using Win ME and cant' find the drivers or it will not recognizes the 98 drivers and as a result I can't vidio capture. Its a gatway card and they do not post ME drivers Anyone who could help let me?????
