Windows Explorer Error Signature

Hello...I am new here.
When I right click on any folder I get this error message:



Error Signature

I have run SpySweeper, Adaware and downloaded and installed all the critical updates.

Can someone please help me with this ?

Welcome to windrivers valerie. Sounds like a corrupt file. First, run chkdsk /f. Then run sfc /scannow.

I did that and my computer is working great again.
I will remember this in case anything goes wrong again.
