these drivers at phoebe may work for you (http://www.phoebemicro.com/Support/Driver_Download/TV_Master_Driver/tv_master_driver.html) but they are for pci cards...

WHat does the FCC ID seem like?
THere is only a P/N:F140306000 marked and a T069701 0048 labeled and a CY-02A printed on the card.
