So if I say that baseball is 'developed' from a middle english (so 1300 or so)game called 'stoolball' does this explain it all ? & does it explain my contempt for 'glorified rounders' {a game played by small girls} ? The answer may be yes on both counts ..:eek2:

& you'd better tell 'em (the 'stupooooid yankeee doodlies' :p) just what Haggis is too so they don't think that's connected to 'stools' :D

(well it may be, one way or another, just not how I'm connecting it ! :D )

855 for me...ya do know that the McHaggis was a miserable failure when McDonalds introduced it in a test market over here. I "really" have no idea why? :confused: :confused: ;)
