Norton antivirus shows this file is infected with the beagle virus. Is it a system file? Can it be deleted? What do I do to clean it? Norton won't do it.

A quick search revealed this (http://www.siena.edu/antivirus/viruses/spybotworm.htm) site which says it's a virus. Get rid of it.
