Making a cs music video

New here and i got a couple questions about making video's....i have a 2yr old system but i think it can handle it .....

All i have is Windows movie maker and a few demo's i got of myself.....

I'm A cs Whore and i want to make a cs music video!!!!!

Can anyone give me tips /clues/HELP! on what i need to do this right?

Can you record the sessions in CS to video? If so, do it in a format that windows movie maker supports and go to town.
