As promised, Ubi Soft has released a new patch (http://www.ggmania.com/leech.php?id=patch&f=farcrypatch12.exe) for Far Cry (http://farcry.ubi.com/), updating their tropical island first-person shooter by Crytek Studios to version 1.2. The release adds Shader Model 3.0 support for GeForce 6-series of videocards, quicksave support, increases run speeds (15%) and sprint lengths(30%), adjustes damage to vehicles, fixes some Punkbuster problems and addresses a large number of gameplay issues.
