Hi everyone.. I got infected with a worm called Worm.Beagle.AG and with that W32.Datrix. Now I was using Norton 2004. It got to the point that When ever I turned on my computer it would give me a ERROR MSG:
USERSoftwareOnTheFly with a blue screen after 12sec of not doing anything the computer would reset its self. I went into (safemode) and got rid of everything from startup using "msconfig" from RUN menu in XP pro. After getting rid of all start up items about "48" of them computer was stable enough to go out onto the internet and see if I could find a fix for these two worms/viruses my norton kept locking up so I had to remove it from startup as well. I went out to few forms and found a review about MKS_VIR 2004 and its online scan. The online scan I could not figure out how to use it, since it was in Polish :-) so I tried to see if there is a trial version of that program. After about 3 days looking for the trial I came across a Distro site and downloaded it from there. Once installed Just like the reviews said I not only found a mass amount of worms and viruses it also fixed what ever problem I had with my lockup. Well I thought that this was good information to post about the problem that I had so I posted it. Here are few links of the reviews:
