Pinnical's PCTV and Nero 6

I have upgraded Nero 6 and now my Pinnicle PCTV no longer works. Pinnicle Systems' web sight acknowledges this problem, and it sends you to Nero's FAQ's to find the patch to correct it. I can't find the patch anywhere. Does anyone know where the patch is or what it's called? I have the latest upgrade of Nero loaded 6.3.1.17 loaded. If I uninstall Nero 6.... PCTV works fine??? :sad:

Found the answer! Nero finally replied to me and I wanted to post the solution incase anyone runs into this.

From Nero:

Search for the following files in this folder:
C:\Program Files\common files\Ahead\DSFilter

NeQTADec.ax and NeQTVDec.ax..... change their name to:
NeQTADec_test.ax and NeQTVDec_test.ax

This corrects the problem!

try using the clean tools first (http://www.ahead.de/en/631938356101755.html) to uninstall nero, then install from the latest nero update again (http://www.ahead.de/en/nero-up.php)

also try unregistering quicktime as described here (http://club.cdfreaks.com/lite/t-99994.html) or you could try wild bills advice here (http://club.cdfreaks.com/lite/t-78640)
