Spyware is ruining my comp

Hello. I have spyware AND adware on my comp. I dont know what to do to get rid of it. Just recently i have not been able to read my mail. Everytime i get on msn to check it.. it takes me to this search engine page. Its really irritating.. and i have very important email waiting that i cant get to. I have tried Spybot... Noadware...SpywareBlaster... SpywareDoctor... i have updated my computer because i was told that may be the problem. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO.. can someone PLEASE... PLEASE... help me... i would appreciate it sooo much!!!!
