"When it comes to choosing a president, results matter," Bush said in excerpts of his new stump speech obtained by The Associated Press.

Is he so out of touch?

One million jobs lost. Huge, crushing deficits. Failure to find Osama Bin Laden. Failure to get our allies to help in Iraq. Failure to find WMD. A stock market that is lower than when he took office. Four million more Americans without health insurance. Two years straight loss of real income. Loss of respect for both him and the US worldwide. Failure to fund anti-terrorist first responders. Highest oil prices ever. Failure to lead our intelligence services.
The list goes on and on.

Is he so out of touch?

Virtually nothing he has touched has been even remotely a success.
This has to be the dumbest slogan this President could have chosen.

He kinda failed to specify if he's talking about positive or negative results. I'm assuming he's referring to the results of all his failures.

How is it useless banter? Every last one of those "results" is straight out of the headlines. Bush's statement sure seem hypocritical to me, implying that he has gotten "results". :rolleyes:
