Kuwait is leading the way to an open, free middle east by banning Fahrenheit 911. Seems they have law against insulting friendly nations and they consider Saudi Arabia to be friendly.
I guess we just want democracy and freedom in Iraq and no where else.
In Bahrain, Dubai and most other Middle East and Arab countries its running in the cinemas and how!

They liked it a lot, it broke cinema records in teh Dubia cinemas, and most of the westerners living in Bahrain loved it too, I can tell from the letters to the Editor page in the Newspaper. And Ya_know people here or in most of the Arab world dont hate Americans, just the policies they pursue, Yes 90% would like Bush dead, but then many other people for totally other reasons would like that too.

We need to stop being so liberal that we have this kind of additude around the globe. When senators like Hillary go to Al Gazere (sp big time) and spout off about her lack of support for the president, then a$$holes like Moore agenized their documentary for the world to see such fabrication for their own money making scheme...
It's time we reign in all of these freaks, and unite as one. Who’s with me! [crickets…]. Man, this liberal weenie forum really sucks!

I'm not sure I understand your question,.. are you asking which part of the middle east I like? If so,.. then I can honestly answer that I don't like ANY part of the middle east. I've never been there, but based on what I know, it's a hot, dry, barren desert, full of whacky religous freaks carry guns. No thanks! Nothing personal against you,.. it's just,.. thats not my bag.
And btw,.. thanks for the update on what people thought of Fahrenheit. I figured they would like it.

Sweet **** dude, what about what the conservatives were doing to Clinton when he was trying to conduct wars on terrorism and genocide. Yet somehow it wasn't treason then.
See, do you see just a little why the conservative spin machine is winning.

Dude, you are a walking paradoxical palindrome...and no, the two don’t cancel each other out…think along the lines of exponential!
I am not in a mood for arguing with you like this all day, so accept my towel…I am throwing it in. Because if I stay in the ring you will argue us around in circles…and I will only get dizzy and puke. Maybe I will be in full form tomorrow, and we can go at it again.

Not saying that either. I don't know what specifically you are referring to as to the slander against Clinton, and who might have been doing it. You are speaking too generally and it isn't that cut and dry. Give me names, what was said, and what context it was delivered and I can answer much more accurately...as it stands now, you are saying that all Republicans are guilty of something that the current republicans in the spotlight had nothing to do with.

Wow quite a few comments to answer:
@Webhead,
I thought from your first post that you lived somewhere nearby, my mistake, actually its not that bad, you get used to the heat (its getting better, were getting colder and the rest of the world is melting ;) )
I've never seen a real gun. Some ppl only really understand the Middle East when they live here for a while, and most of them (westerners) dont want to go back, prior to the Iraq war many had settled down here.
@Techs
Prior to the Iraq war and prior to Sept 11, ppl generally didnt like, what I've said before, US policy towards middle east, siding with the Israelies and not helping the Palestinians out, It was great a few years ago, now were going downhill, people are angry and they know its all Bush's doing, he has the power he choose to go to war, he chooses to help the Israelies, he's pushing all the democracy crap here.
When I said 90% of ppl want him dead, take it more in terms of "removed".
TechZ
August 2nd, 2004, 03:43 PM
Something people really hate is that the US chooses whom it deems OK to have Nukes, but if they dont like the country then theyre "terrorists", First they like Saddam, then he's public enemy No 1, then lets take the country to war to remove him. Make up your mind.
Now everyone here accepts that he had to be removed but ppl understood that the fallout would hit everyone around, look at whats happenning now, they want to bring an Arab force to Iraq to help protect the ppl, when the terrorists there are killing everyone regardless of who they are. Which Arab country do you think is going to send troops to Iraq, and for what, so that all the terrorists start coming to their countries?
If the US wants to stabilize Iraq, its about time they took all their ppl out from there.

I've seen reports on TV about families young and old, how they worry that their kid/father/bro/sis/dad/mom could die any minute and it sickens me to think all this could've been avoided. And people here really feel bad for them too, but their emotions and conflicting, they hate the US, but they cant see ppl like them suffering.

I meant the Military personnel, meatwad. Not the civilians. But it would be nice it they would leave for a while and let the country recover from a war. But ofcourse how can the US companies leave all the lucrative contracts to just anybody. They gotta overcharge the US Govt. for everything and make a profit.

Maybe because the new government would be dead in less than a week and the country would be run by terrorists?
