A bit harsh. Is that to protect the men? :p Cleetus August 3rd, 2004, 12:48 PM NO, the wives at home that don't give it up amyb August 3rd, 2004, 12:50 PM NO, the wives at home that don't give it up protect them from what? if they don't "give" it up, what is there to protect against? Cleetus August 3rd, 2004, 12:57 PM Who do you think is pushing these laws other then the freaked out prudish religious and conservatives? amyb August 3rd, 2004, 01:05 PM Who do you think is pushing these laws other then the freaked out prudish religious and conservatives? You mean the wives are? :eek2: Ya_know August 3rd, 2004, 01:20 PM Who do you think is pushing these laws other then the freaked out prudish religious and conservatives? I think the only laws that should be in place when it comes to strip clubs are that drug trafficking and prostitution are strictly prevented. Drugs have no grey area, unless there’s a question on the substance changing hands not being illegal. However a close contact lap dance can be construed as sexual service, and in many ways is, so you have a grey area that must be clearly defined. What is sex, thus what can be construed as prostitution? I think because it’s not clearly defined that is why the strict nature of the rules. And it sucks if you are there for a “good time”, but then that’s not always the only deciding factor. Fact remains, prostitution is illegal, while stripping is strictly enforced. On a side note Cleetus, I was watching the reality show “Casino” (my wife insists on watching) and two young guys from the casino went like 60 miles to goto a brothel. They made a comment…that prostitution “ISN’T” legal in Vegas, but that it is in parts of Nevada. You have to depart city limits to get to those places…did you know that??? What was funny too, they actually brought out like 6 of the girls for the guys to choose…they were all UGLY!!! And OLD!!! The guys picked the two least UGLY ones and when they were left alone together to discuss something (they kicked the girls out of the room) they then snuck out of the window. Did I mention, all the girls where UGLY!!! Did I mention, all the girls where UGLY!!! Ever go to the Bunny Ranch website? Blah, nasty Ya_know August 3rd, 2004, 01:46 PM So then, you believe that I am right... Good to go! meatwad August 3rd, 2004, 01:56 PM HBO had a special about the Bunny Ranch. Only one of the girls there wasn't nasty and she was a Porn Star who charged more than anyone else. A friggin mom brought her 19 year old son to the place and negotiated price with one of the girls! She wanted him to get laid so her other sons would stop teasing him! Then they showed an "illegal" hooker in New York or LA I think. She get's a John and takes him into an alley. After he "completed the transaction", he tells her that the condom broke. She's freaking out and crying and he basically just says, "Sorry." pays her the 20 bucks or whatever and walks off. I'm all for strippers and lap dances, but hookers are a bit too much for me. Cleetus August 3rd, 2004, 02:37 PM Ok, lets not get bogged down with hookers, just legitamate running strip clubs and our god given right to pay a stripper to wiggle in our laps. Ya_know August 3rd, 2004, 02:52 PM Ok, lets not get bogged down with hookers, just legitamate running strip clubs and our god given right to pay a stripper to wiggle in our laps. So you are evading my question...what should constitute sexual service, and what is a simple lap dance? If a girl doesn't even touch you but you blow a wad in your pants...that's still sex right? You paid for the dance...now we’re talking prostitution. What if she starts touching you? She's got no clothes on, she's got the moves like sex, she's seducing you like sex? Oh, and you're paying for it... Bottom line is you have to break away the sex from the strip tease through the legislation. Since not touching is difficult to monitor, and sexual services can be administered without the three feet, someone went overboard to prevent prostitution. Your only true way out of this is to define and have it agreed upon by those that legislate these restrictions a clear and concise separation of striping from prostitution....or you will never win the argument with the conservative lawmakers. Don't get me wrong, I for one support freedoms in the club, within reason of course. I am still against prostitution, but I put my grey area a little closer to the nude bitch then the true conservatives would...in that sex in the case of legal (excluding moral) grounds would require direct contact with exposed genitals, including but not limited to oral or vaginal insertion. Everything else is just feeling up. techs August 3rd, 2004, 02:54 PM ITS ALL POLITICAL (this should keep it from being moved to the lounge) Cleetus August 3rd, 2004, 02:54 PM Don't get me wrong, I for one support freedoms in the club, within reason of course. Yeah, if the dude's got his pants on I don't see a problem with it. Most of the clubs I've been too (considering I've only been to 4 different clubs) were in Canada, meaning the only thing the girls were wearing were shoes and makeup. Wayward Clam August 3rd, 2004, 03:23 PM Canada rocks, eh? CeeBee August 3rd, 2004, 03:56 PM ...what should constitute sexual service, and what is a simple lap dance? If a girl doesn't even touch you but you blow a wad in your pants...that's still sex right? Nope... If you don't believe, ask ex-president Clinton.. he knows better  Cleetus August 3rd, 2004, 06:08 PM Nope... If you don't believe, ask ex-president Clinton.. he knows better  Exactly, he got "screwed" when he didn't even get "screwed" WebHead August 3rd, 2004, 06:46 PM Here's the deal. I go to a strip bar. I sit on my hands on a chair and I'm a good little wrbby while she jiggles her boobies in my face. Then theres the other guy. "OOps! sorry darlin! Didn't mean to poke ma' finger there! HEHE". This guy is a complete toad, drunk off his ***. So what do you do? You make a law that says there has to be 3 feet of distance between the two. All because this obnoxious loud-mouth ruined it for everyone else. However, this isn't the end of the world. Laws are sometimes made to be broken. They are enforced when the situation calls. Like, if she's diggin you,.. then she might be able to bend the rule a bit. But if you're some POC drunk-azz,.. she feels safe becasue she's got the law to back her up. Can ya dig it? WebHead August 3rd, 2004, 08:43 PM Um, no webby, if they don't want to be touched your are freaking thrown out... Yeah true. I couldn't agree more. But lets just say that based on my experiences, I've always been taken care of. I think I might have an aura of innocence that makes them feel safe or something. Either way,.. I have no complaints usually. Haven't been in quite a long while, but I definately have some great mems. :D Side note: One of my long time buds used to pizz me off. He'd usually end up dating strippers. Not sure how he did it. Some kind of charisma thing. But they always ended up giving him their number. That baztard! :D windrivers.com
