Major Kong August 6th, 2004, 02:23 PM Is there somewhere we can see these realtime pics at?Ewe betcha! http://forums.windrivers.com/images/smilies/thumbs.gif For the Grand Canyon just go here>>> http://www2.nature.nps.gov/air/webcams/parks/grcacam/grcacam.htm . For other web cams throughout the country...hey techs how close are you to Burlington?...just go to this EPA sponsored web site>>> http://www.epa.gov/airnow/webcam.html . There are web cams throughout the US including several National Parks (well except for Alaska and Hawaii). :( Oops forgot to add. Yeah techs if I had to guess amyb is correct it's particulate matter drifting down from Clark County Nevada and some coming over from the LA Basin (prevailing western winds). The ozone count is actually quite good there today. I gotta say I've been lucky the last several years. For twelve years I lived in Arizona and I enjoyed the Grand Canyon on 14 occassions (the North Rim is freakin' awesome). Now I am in Alaska with Denali National Park just up the road and as hard as it is to believe it is even more freakin' spectacular! http://forums.windrivers.com/images/smilies/bigok.gif NooNoo August 6th, 2004, 03:33 PM the previous thread I read was this (http://forums.windrivers.com/showthread.php?t=62113) then I open up this thread about the biggest hole in the ground..... edball August 6th, 2004, 03:40 PM the previous thread I read was this (http://forums.windrivers.com/showthread.php?t=62113) then I open up this thread about the biggest hole in the ground..... Now that's funny ! http://forums.windrivers.com/images/smilies/lach.gif (http://forums.windrivers.com/misc.php?do=getsmilies#) windrivers.com
