Hi! can you guys tell me what the latest version firmware is for the Lite-On LTR 52246S Drive. All of a suddern my burner just takes forever burning a CD.

The current firmware version I am using is: 6S0F

The Lite on page (http://www.liteonit.com.tw/ODD/English/e_downloads/e_firmware_cd-rw.asp) and The Firmware page (http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=1442) both give version R526S0F which you already have.
As to slow burning do you have plenty of spare room on the drive where the files are cached,turning anti virus off may help and do you have many programs running in the background?
