no sound

i reformated may cpu and installed win xp All is working but there is no sound
In driver devise manager I have a yellow ? for als 100 media audio controller. I tried to install using control panel . got code 28
driver not instlalled I have a disk for the sound card but can't get it to work. When I try to use disk auto won't read drive where disk is. Is there a new driver for advanc logic als 100 that works with win xp?

realtek have the drivers here (http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloads1-1.aspx?lineid=8)

On the first drop down, select sound ics
Second dropdown select your model
3rd - check software box and go.

2k drivers should work fine.
