Hello, just bought a used Toshiba Satellite Pro 410CS with a the above Compaq PCMCIA 33.6 modem [i](go figure[\i]. Would only connect at 2400 bps to BellSouth.net, but 115kbps [i](so Win98 said)[\i] to my other, local provider. The driver's name was simply "Standard PCMCIA Modem" in the Ctrl Panel. I downloaded what I assumed was the proper driver from Compaq's web site [i](the only PCMCIA 33.6 driver there)[\i] and installed it per instructions. Now I can only connect at 2400 baud at both ISPs, and cannot find the original driver anywhere! Can anyone help?
