Problems with Audigy player and WIN XP

I got a new Computer and installed win XP. Then I installed Soundblaster Audigy player both the hardware and software (drivers + some programs). After rebooting the small pop up window "New hardware found Creative audigy...(WDM) card" is coming and then my comp is rebooting. After this the small pop up is coming again and the my comp is rebooting... this is it just doing over and over again. :mad::mad::mad::mad:

What can I do?

As i understand it, u installed the card after completing the WinXP installation. Did u use the Audigy cd to install the drivers? Try removing the audigy and installing it again. Or boot to safe boot (Press F8) during boot up.

Maybe someone else can help u better. Youve come to the right place :)

johan it means the install has not completed properly

Boot to safe mode, uninstall the software and the device
and try again.
