[RESOLVED] need to identify modem brand

I have a 33.6 ISA modem which I can't install; chipset is Cirrus Logic 3450DT, FCC registration # (NOT ID#) is 406CHN-31735-PT-E. The model number is 336IFX(C) 3420. It has 14 jumpers on the bottom, need to find out what they do. Any ideas?

I am having the same problem you are having with that modem if you ever got any help with it or got it working could you please let me know i am having no luck ..thanks

I found it, the modem is a Newcom (newcominc.com)33.6IFX "C" series.
