Hey guys... Picked up a creative pc-cam 850 as a giveaway, but no driver cd. So i go to the creative web site and they dont have anything for the model on the downloads page, I tried americas, asia, europe, all sites, no go. They acknowledge the existence of it on the 'contact' page, but no downloads. I sent them an email asking for the drivers, so i can use the webcam facility. But i dunno how long that'll take so i thought i might see if anyone else had one, and if they did, maybe they could send me the file i need. I also tried driversguide with no luck.
Also, the camera is also available under the brand 'Labtec' with the model number DC-2320.
Thanks guys.

Just to let you guys know, I solved the problem, found somebody that had the drivers and got them to send them to me, all good. I should point out, however, that creative did reply to my email, offering to send me a replacement cd for $7... no word on why they didnt have the driver available on the website or to send to me, though.

Thanks Noo Noo! :p
Umm, they were about 900k- 1MB, compressed... I can see why creative didn't want to send it to me, must be a massive load on their outgoing email server! Hah!

It might be useful to upload them to www.driverguide.com as well. I upload rare and obscure drivers occasionally. A useful site for the techie, although it didn't have the driver you needed.

Ah once this place was like that, now you have to pay to find 'em here ... - so yeah please do upload rare & pay for drivers to somewhere free
