I have a Dynex usb 2.0 notebook card that I don't get a response from. I loaded the installation program the device shows on hardware profile but when I plug in a device I get no response from that device. Is there a remedy for this problem?

Cannot find my installation CD and on the website http://www.dynexproducts.com I find the PCMCIA card, even the manual http://www.dynexproducts.com/downloads/files/Dynex_DX-UC104_USB_PCI_manual.pdf
but not the driver.
