Activision has released the first official (non-beta) patch (http://www.ggmania.com/leech.php?id=patch&f=D3_1_1.exe) for DOOM 3 (http://www.ggmania.com/full.php3?show=5666), updating id Software's horror first-person shooter sequel to version 1.1. The patch addresses many issues found in multiplayer and single player since release.
