Compeye Simplex Dp36M scanner: Help me with a driver for win98 or 2000

Hi ppl,

I've tried all the available drivers from the Driverguide.com but still I couln't figer out what is wrong. My driver CD not working because it is scrached :(

I need a driver for windows 98. Can some one help me on this please? If any one of you using same kind of a scanner as mine and having a drivers for wndows 98 or 2000, Please inform me

Welcome to WD forums Suren.

Off a-googling I went ;) .. Compeye's site appears no more :rolleyes: (www.compeye.nl) ... so some more googling ;) .. & some more .. & a bit more .. & not a lot :rolleyes: ..

However on the way I did discover this (http://googol.tripod.com/scanner.html) , which tells me other manufacturers probably rebadged these as their own & provide driver support indirectly (so perhaps look on LG's site for 'similar') or it also provides a link to 'Foxlink' who seem to have taken over Compeye ... Drivers here (http://www.foxlinkimage.com.tw/driver_1.htm) (if the links right, which it appears to be, as the right models are shown etc)
