hello there ..i have a canon zr85 camera..and when i tried to install the camera, my pc (i have windows 98 second edition) detect the camera with a "yellow question mark", need the drivers,but i cant find the drivers for the camera..i called the canon company and they said that computer suposed to detect automatic the camera..i try to transfer my videos from my camera to my pc...i dont know what to do...i already installed the "fireware card"...just i need the "drivers for the camera"...the guys from the canon company said that the camera dont need drivers to transfer videos to the pc,..thanks/...

i tried the page..thanks..but no luck....this is what i have on "device manager" appears on "other devices with the name of my camera zr85 and a yellow question mark"...
p.s..the weird thing is when i use the camera with USB to transfer the "photos" from my memory card(of the camera),,,the pc dont ask me for any drivers .i can do it...but i tried to transfer videos and thats when the pc dont recognize it

Code 28 means something stopped the installation from finishing correctly.

Go into safe mode and remove anything to do with your camera from device manager - you may find you have "ghost" devices - that is more than one of the same device. Delete both of them since you don't know which one windows is using and neither does windows, which is why you have the problem.

Did you download the twain driver from canon?
