If it's a POP3 account, why not just set up a rule in either Outlook Express or Outlook to forward all incoming mail to your new address??

other than having to have outlook or OE open all the time that would work.

If you don't need to forward all your old emails - don't - that's pretty simple! They shouldn't have forwarded simply by creating a rule based on NEW email. The rule should only forward new messages as they come in, but like mentioned above, OE or Outlook must be running for this to work.

You may also want to check with whoever hosts your old email address, a lot of POP3 providers also have a web interface for your email, and most of them will allow you to set a mail forwarding address, so the mail server takes care of the forwarding.

Now to the question. Bigfoot.com ( http://www.bigfoot.com ) offers free email forwarding and consolidation also "not free" email services as well. http://forums.windrivers.com/images/smilies/thumbs.gif

if you already have a bigfoot.com account and that's the address you are giving old customers, then just change the forwarding address on your bigfoot account to your gmail address.....seems simple if I'm understanding the question

Am I not understanding the question?

first, I would edit out those links to your email addresses freddy. spammers will have you on their list in no time flat if your email address is posted on a webpage. assuming those are your actual addresses

second, without signing in I can't really tell, but it looks like you can just go into your webmail at fsnet.co.uk (wanadoo) and setup forwarding to your gmail thru their web interface. Or they list an auto reply to incoming email, which you could setup to tell them your new email.

Chances are if there's auto replying, there might be auto forwarding too.

Wanadoo Webmail features
Our Webmail offers the following great features:

• Plenty of room with 5MB of storage on free accounts
• Advanced Anti-virus and Anti-spam service
• Folders and mail filtering to help you organise your mailbox
• Block lists to prevent unwanted emails
• Online address book
• Auto reply to incoming email
• Find emails feature
• Spell checker
• Check email from your other POP accounts

Wanadoo Webmail is packed with features and we've recently redesigned it to make it the easiest to use, and best webmail service on the internet.

My thoughts exactly........must've been overlooked. (see post #5:)
