Star Wintype 4000

Hi

I have an old Star Wintype 4000 laser printer - wonderful beastie, small footprint but fast and brilliant printout.

Shame is I can't find a printer driver for XP

Can anyone help . . . some kind of workaround . .maybe..?

All I could turn up for you is this wintype 4000 (http://members.driverguide.com/driver/detail.php?driverid=12665)

Star says there's no NT driver for this

So even on a 'workaround' I think you might be SOL ;) - the usual bodge is to edit up the '.inf' of a known ok NT driver
