If Kerry fails to win Pennsylvania he has only an outside shot at winning. Since Penn. voting ends at 9pm we may know by 10-10:30. If Kerry fails to carry Penn., a tossup state he was leading in, then it is probably all over.
Then at 11-11:30 we should know either Ohio, Michigan or Wisconsin. Kerry loses Penn. and Wisconsin it is definitely all over. If he loses Penn and Ohio and Michigan it is definitely over. By this time we may even know who will win Florida.
So if Bush is going to win we will know early. If Kerry is going to win it will go to early or late morning.
My 2 cents.

But Kerry will win by a landslide cause Bush is evil, so it should not even be close. [/sarcasm]

Actually, in an exclusive on Hannity and Colmes, Fox News has already declared Bush the winner.
