I purchased STP for a network project I had and came across a problem which was not addressed in my Cisco Inter-networking
class. Shielded Twisted Pair (cat5) comes with the standard 4 twisted wire pairs along with one grounding wire for the shield to
ground out with. Where can I attach this ground wire? Is it possible to punch it down with the network ground wire? (brown I believe) Any suggestions are needed. Thank you.
