I don't know about Windows 98 - But I sure did got a replacement CD's for winXP and Office.

In my experience - they only wanted to see your Key and Invoice.

I suppose technically if you have a licence and proof of purchase any copy of the Windows 98 CD will surfice.On the subject of MS as they no longer support the product that source is highly unlikely.
