Well, gotta go see what else will be available before 2Q05. I just in the process of implementing it on my servers which previously ran arcserve 2000 which has been nothing but a pain....... we'll see what happens I guess TechZ December 17th, 2004, 05:45 AM I think the Systemworks app is gonna get bigger and possibly better. Humilliation December 19th, 2004, 12:39 AM Symantec and Veritas, perfect together. http://forums.windrivers.com/images/smilies/eek3.gif gizmo1_1 June 25th, 2005, 08:08 PM This is really sad, Veritas is a wonderful software, I have deployed it in hundreds of servers, and reccommended it to even more clients. I have a feeling that symantec will come in and make the streamlined software unstable as it's (Symantec's) other software suites, by hogging precious system resources on unnecessary services, and features. Whlie providing mediocre protection. I seriously hope that Backup Exec does not fall as many others have in this ordeal. Just my Two cents . . . .
