Gateway Solo Memory

I have a Gateway Solo 1150. I want to upgrade the memory which
currently has 64 MB SDRAM. I believe the 64 MB is hardwired and there
is one available slot. The CPU is a Celeron II, 550 MHz (5.5 x 100).
What 256 MB card to I purchase?
