Go here and download the Klite Codec Pack, preferably the Full version, and install it.

Personally I try to avoid codec packs since they can be notorious troublemakers. It's probably much safer to use a codec info tool like GSpot (http://www.headbands.com/gspot/) to identify the missing codec(s) and then install them separately on an as needed basis.
Just my 2 cents worth...

Codec Packs have never failed me cause I only use the one, Klite Codec Pack, the Mega version (check sig for link) contains QuickTime Alternative and Real Alternative too, and btw GSPOT info tool, has been included in it for years now, and so has a host of other small but extremely useful tools.
