Hi... My name Zalee..

I have a problem with my plotter HP designjet 450C A1 paper siza...

Problem : I install a new cartridge and after that light cartridge is blinking with red color...So I was suspect the cartridge may faulty...I remove the cartridge and replace with the previous/other cartridge and same error occured...So I finalized the problem maybe the hardware (either - censor or cartridge holder)...Would anybody advice me on this matter...

First thing to do is to go to www.hp.com (http://www.hp.com) and get the troubleshooting information for your particular plotter. Make sure the contacts between the print cartridge and print carriage are clean and are making good contact. Make sure the printer is free of any bits of paper in the paper path. If the plotter is still under warranty definitely have a HP tech come and look at it.
