I'm useing windowes 95 and when I bootup and as windows is loading I get a blue screen withe the following message.

"An exception OE has occurred at 0028:C109B352 in VxD ---. This was called from 0028:c109B352 in VxD ---. It may be possable to continue normally."

Afrer hitting the enter key, windows continues to load. All programs work properly but I can not print from any of them. I have attenped the following to correct this problem but none of them has produced any results.

1. Deleated all printers from the system and re-loaded them from the OEM disks.
2. Reloaded windows 95.

I'm at a complete loss and need some help with this one.
Thanks,
Wineman

Did you reinstall Win95 from scratch or just over the old copy. I would suggest deleting all OEM VXD and spool32 files from system directory and installing over the old. It has worked for me many times.
