output plug dont work

i have a creative sound blaster card (dont know the specific name) it works and all but the black output plugs dont work, the use to but dont anymore, if i want it to come out of the headphones then i need to bend over and switch the speaker plug with the headphone plug very annoying, is there a way to fix it

btw i have like 4 black plug and i usually use the one next to the green one (speaker plug) which doesnt work
