[RESOLVED] Printing error

Hi Shanw! Hi Darren! It's me again =)
I have and Epson Stylus Color 640 and its printing is no good. It stops printing from the 10th line ( in a .doc text ).
It happens when I print images too.
Do you know how to fix it?

Just a suggestion,
if it is a word doc...then did you check for a macro virus....maybe?
I ran into similar problems before, I had a canon and everytime i print it skips line 4 and line 6...and found out it was a macro virus in word...
!!!
goto macros in word and delete everything you dont reconize .

Try to print selftest page (refer to manual).
If selftest picture was printed correctly,I'd
assume virus.If no - bad printing head.
