Upgrade Sony PCG-fx203 laptop to XP

Hey all,
just joined 2night and I have a Help me situation already.

I have a Sony Viao PCG-Fx203 laptop that I'd like to upgrade from Win ME to XP Pro.

1.I shall install another so-dimm of 256mb memory
2.Install new 30 or 40GB Hard drive as mine has now failed.
3. Install XP Pro+XPSP2
4.Drivers..............Is this possible or can I only upgrade to Win2k?

Its a thought at the moment If its not possible PLS advise!!!!!!!!

I cant see any problems. The hardware appears quite standard with nothing looking like it will be an issue for XP to install and use
The memory only being able to go to 256 is just marginal
Check first about going to that large of a drive as to whether the laptop can be upgraded to that size
