Ok, I recently bought a new PCI slot graphics card. and i installed all of the drivers...and i plugged the monitor video cord into the graphics card, and the monitor displays "Out of Frequency" message. Help?

It could be that youre running at a refresh rate that your monitor doesnt support.
Could you provide more specifications about your computer?
