small printing

Hi all. Have a customer with a new Intel WINME machine and an Epson 880 printer. Don't know what she did but now the printing is really small when trying to print from Outlook Express or Wordpad. This may or may not have happened after she installed Works Suite 2001 - I'm not sure when.

Any ideas?

WOrdpad has the ability to change font [size is of course included]. It may be that the setting has become adjusted somehow. Fix this & it may go to what the customer expects

Ok. The problem is in Outlook Express only. Changing the font size or style in read or compose does not affect how it prints. It is still printing too small. Fonts size 4 ?

I've asked customer to try and uninstall and reinstall Outlook Express and we'll see what happens.
Any other ideas?
